Although we offer both new and remanufactured turbochargers ex stock at competitive prices at Performance Turbos Ltd we strongly recommend you take advantage of our remanufacturing / fault diagnosis service.
This not only enables us to recondition your turbo charger economically but also allows us to establish an exact cause of failure reducing the risk of your Turbocharger failing again for the same reason.
Note: – We will also outline the cause of failure with your mechanic on your behalf either by telephone or advise our findings in the form of a written report.
We would expect to recondition and despatch most makes of turbo charger within 1 to 3 working day.
(component availability permitting.) Hybrid units may take slightly longer.
All customer units to be re-worked go through the same manufacturing process as an off the shelf turbocharger. The same attention to detail is given with regards to the build, balance and test procedure. They also carry the same 12 month warranty.
The collection and delivery of your turbo charger will taken care of by Performance Turbos Ltd.
We will arrange to collect and re deliver your turbo charger back to the address most convenient to yourself.

On most modern turbocharger the traditional wastegate system has been replaced by a VNT (variable nozzle turbine) mechanism with the turbine housing controlled by either a vacuum or electronic type actuator.
